Bear Lake Hermitage Registration Information

 

The Group Representative should:
   
1.
 Call coordinator to make reservation. 801-362-9360
Know requested dates of arrival and departure.
Approximate number of guests with your group.
   
2.
 To complete registration, the group representative returns the Estimate Invoice with a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE Reservation Fee within two weeks.
Payment must be made by Check or Cash.

 Upon recipt of your deposit a Confirmation will be sent with Things to Bring, Map and Directions, Rules, etc. that the group representative can copy and send to guests.
   
4.
 Group representative collects all money, final count of guests coming, how they would like to be grouped (i.e. family groups, ages of guests under 20, etc.), and the BALANCE OF PAYMENT 30 days before the arrival or anytime sooner.
